As part of its commitment to furthering the educational interests and needs of area adults, the Airfield 4-H Educational Conference Center is pleased to present it’s newly found, Adult Education Program. At this time, we are currently offering Adult Education Courses through the Airfield Adventurers Program.

Airfield Adventurers offers opportunities for active adults who want:

• An exciting and safe atmosphere to continue life-long learning
• To experience hands-on, cultural, historic, environmental and community programs
• Personal growth through enhanced-skills workshops
• To try new and different activities
• Positive social experiences while sharing common interest with others
• To develop new friendships and strengthen old bonds
• To have fun!

Holiday Harvest - October 28, 2009

Please join us at the Airfield 4-H Center in beautiful, quiet, Wakefield to learn about the history of local farming and about what crops are grown in Southeast Virginia. During this event, enjoy creating a piece of home decor from local harvest items. These items are yours to keep or to share as a gift. After lunch, we will depart for a tour and wine tasting at Williamsburg Winery.
