* The DOPP program is being offered to the Dairy producers located within the two counties. (If room is available, an invitation can be extended to a dairy farmer outside Rockingham or Franklin Counties, but dairy farmers from other counties are not eligible to participate in DOPP - attendance will be for information purposes only).
